Moving to Texas from out of state. The Caslterock team was amazing making this move simple. It was never an issue calling Randy Hix for questions. Even when he was out of the office he was a huge help . Louque was an awesome guy to meet also. Showing me the houses around the community. I appreciate everything they did to help me get into a home. My wife and I are first-time home buyers and it was a breeze. Another cool thing. The Sales Agent at Castlerock, Randy, was very helpful throughout the buying process. He was very responsive, patient, and personable. He is truly knowledgeable about the homes he is showing and stands on a solid product (except for only putting gutters on the front of their houses which is misleading to those who might not think to check the back and sides.) But there is a reason this builder has an A+ with the Better Business Bureau, and the customer service Randy provides is a big part of that.
