I lived here over 9 years, the best place I have lived in Campbell. Best place to live. It’s not perfect but the staff is really friendly. Aaren has been amazing and we’re happy to have her back.

I enjoy living here the staff are very friendly and typically around and if not they are easy to reach and the maintenance team are around often and work hard to keep the complex in order I'm also happy that it's a dog friendly environment it was a big stresser apartment hunting with 2 big'ish dogs . My only gripes are the ceilings are quite thin and I wish there were more hardwood options for the floor plans outside of the studios that are offered but that's all personal and not a reflection of the staff here 👍I think it's a good first apartment and when our lease is up I look forward to viewing some of there other locations .

The leasing office staff was wonderful. They explained the process very clearly and worked quickly and efficiently to get me into my new place. Both Lilly and Andre had great communication and helped me resolve my housing issue quickly.

Andre was very helpful in every way during the process of choosing to rent, showing me 1 and 2 bedroom units, answering all my questions, sending all necessary documents to me email. DocuSign was so easy. I like the gate to the tenant parking. No one can get in without an electronic key.
