Chris Knorr was my realtor for my recent home purchase. When I started the process I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for in a home. Chris Knorr was wonderful to work with. I was in a position where I had to sell my parents' condo and I live out of state. Chris helped me get the condo inspected, hire contractors for repairs, and had the condo cleaned and staged. He worked to market the unit and did several showings of the property. He ultimately found a suitable buyer and proceeded to help throughout the closing process. He took a lot off of my plate, and was able to accomplish something on my behalf that would have been nearly impossible without his help. He did this with a lot of patience and kindness and effective communication. I am truly grateful.
