Christopher Columbus Plaza

We’ve lived in two units over the last 5 years. The AC was redone this year and is much more effective, especially for the units that get a lot of sun, but having one system for AC and heat makes ~5 unseasonable days a year frustrating. Its quiet and neighborly. The staff here is responsive and helpful. Can’t beat the location too!

My wife and I have lived here for two years and just signed a new lease for our third year! Needless to say, but we love our apartment, this building and the staff. What originally drew us here was the size of the two bed apartments, which are huge compared to other two beds we saw in the area. They we're newly renovated, too! Why we stayed is the staff is super friendly, very responsive and extremely accommodating - all the way from the property manger, Brandon, to each and every maintenance team member. We have lived at Christopher Columbus Plaza for 4 1/2years and are moving because we've purchased a home in Maine. Our time here has been great. The staff is wonderful!. They are friendly and take great care of all the common areas. We really enjoyed the beautifully landscaped private courtyard, the updated functional fitness room, and fantastic solarium on the top floor with a gorgeous view. Our apartment was also on the 5th floor with an equally impressive view along with a private balcony. During our time at CCP we only needed maintenance service maybe 2-3 times and they attended to those issues within 2 days. Our time here has been great. The location is fantastic! We have lived at Christopher Columbus Plaza for almost 6 years and are only moving now because we've purchased a home. Our time here has honestly been so wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly and take great care of all the common areas. We really enjoyed the amenities over the years - a private courtyard with plants and trees, a functional fitness room, and a really pretty solarium on the top floor. We didn't use the laundry room but opted for the wash & fold Tide Cleaners lockers available in the lobby. In all of our 6 years, I think we only needed maintenance to service our apartment maybe 3-4 times? And usually attended to those issues within 2 days. It’s been a lovely year of living in a courtyard-facing one bedroom with our pup at CCP. Management and maintenance are quick to respond to requests. The floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful, and the solarium, largely unused, offers stunning views of the harbor. Also there’s the added bonus of having a space in the parking garage, which is priced well relative to nearby garages. Location can’t be beat.
