So sad that when I bought my house, them being the HOA company comes with it. Really, cannot avoid that. If I knew how unprofessional and unwilling they are to help, I would not have bought this property. Henry Romero is the last person I would like to ever deal with. Does not really answers to questions directly. Fully denies any accountability to anything. Talking to him feels repetitive and just causes me more stress each time. Joyce M. is not any better.

f I could give zero stars, I would. This HOA management company is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I have been trying to resolve a simple RV parking matter for over four months, yet they continuously delay the process with excuses, misinformation, and outright false statements. They have ignored multiple emails, failed to provide clear communication, and even charged me fees for a service I have not been able to use. When questioned, they offer no real answers—just more delays. On top of that, they send letters with inaccurate or completely false claims, making it clear they do not operate with transparency or accountability. The worst HOA company ever! I cannot even get started. Wish I could give less than a star. Own a property in Fairfield for the past 4 years and they really will be the reason why I’ll sell and leave. Horrible customer service everything to them is the owner’s fault or responsibility. Poor communication with owners and even worse management of the common areas and generally very very very unprofessional people to deal with.

The idea that I have to give them a single star sucks. My tenent is AC unit is out. We call and email trying to get info about the rooftop unit and access to the roof and this pathetic company doesnt respond for two weeks. When I finaly get through, Henry Romero is rude and short. These guys suck and I hate that i have no choice but to work with them.

Poor professionalism and limited to no customer focus. We live in one of their communities and they raise HOA dues without notifying residents and then charge a late fee. I called and spoke with Joyce the assistant manager and asked her about this. She said that they do not notify residents of rate increases, but you have to look into the budget to find the information. I suggested that it would be good practice to notify residents and she responded gruffly saying she didn’t think that was possible. I advised that they send out notices all the time for pool closures, asphalt repairs, painting but that it wasn’t possible to do so for a rate increase? Second, they repave the roads every 2 years at a cost of $1mm per occurrence. My sense is they or one of their employees is getting a kickb
