Terrible experience. Jay let an offer linger and never presented it to the clients. We had a showing scheduled and an offer, prepared, ready to send once the showing was complete. Then, out of the blue two days before we’re scheduled to see the house, he says the clients have accepted another offer without presenting our offer contacting us about an offer or anything. I would highly recommend finding another realtor.
