After meeting with 4 realtors and compiling a side-by-side comparison of proposals & characteristics, I chose Keith Sanders. Keith was very professional presenting research statistics re. selling a home, showed evidence of the Grant Team’s success rate, and an honest assessment of the properties potential. He suggested selling strategies, and what strategies would not aide in the sale. He was matter-of -fact, and was not really “warm & bubbly” like many realtors are on the first meeting. Even though I am a warm & bubbly type myself, I was impressed with Keith. I sensed he really knows this business. I was interested in purchasing 2 building lots Chris had listed in Pt. Charlotte. I left several messages for Chris over a week period and never received a call back. Finally decided to speak to someone else on his "team" and told her my intentions and offer. She said she would get back to me, but a week goes by with no call back. I call the office back and am now told Sherry will be handling my offer. I tell Sherry my offer for the two lots and that I would like to put the offer in writing. She proceeds to tell me that my offer for the lots is too low, and that seller will not entertain the offer. Two weeks later the lots are pending and they end up selling for the exact price I offered. My offer was cash with a two week closing. Very unprofessional RE Team in my opinion.
