After getting a dirty apartment from them with all kinds of minor damages they just painted over. Mousy poop all over the place a disgusting refrigerator that I had to replace. Once my lease was up I moved out there. Took my fridge with me and clean the entire apartment and took my Amazon light bulbs with me. They told me 45days I will get my deposit that was for $690 I only received 115, they said I’m charge for the damages that were already there, plus my light bulbs that I took, and charges for a dirty apartment cuz they supposedly hired someone to clean even tho that I 100% had it fully clean when I left. Had a plumbing issue that caused my whole place to smell bad. After several attempts with their main plumbing company that never showed up to actually work on the issue the owner finally agreed to try a different plumbing company. Told me they will get back to me the next morning let me mind u I been dealing with this since I loved in on October 1st and they just now agreed to get someone that’s actually gona show up to do a fog test months later in December. You will NOT find a better PM in the Mishwaka-South Bend area than Jackie. I cannot stress this enough. I had a previous bad PM that degraded my property and Jackie turned it around in 2 months. Renting thru them has been a learning experience on what to look out for. Since I’ve moved into my apartment there there has been issues that wasn’t noticed during the initial walk thru. The floors were covered in mouse poop, they did no cleaning at all prior to me renting from them. When I open the fridge it had mouse poop and some orange and yellow stuff all over the inside. Luckily they let me replace the fridge but i brought it myself. Had 2 pluming issues as well when I first moved, the bathroom sink had duck tape on it to slow down a leak, the floor is still stained from it cuz how long they had it like that but that issue was fixed.
