Chippenham Place Apartments

Was raised here! I know it has gone through changes, but the 80s, 90s, early 2000s were the best! ♥️

The maintenance came to fix my dish washer today the same day I called saying it wash not working properly and they came within 2 hour to fix my issue was very polite and professional! Fixed my issue in a matter of minutes thank you for being timely and very effective and efficient!

My first apartment was the worst here the neighbors loud at night blasting music , smoking drugs, what you expect it’s hub program the office people rude every time you call it’s not professional at all the drugs getting out of hand my apartment smell like drugs everyday and night you got people with dogs out pooping every where why? Build a dog park half the complex don’t use it there animals too big for the apartment you got sorry neighbors leaving pillow’s cigarettes liquor on the steps the entire office need to be fired.

They back at it again they're trying to put people out again smh they messed up the paperwork and trying to say folks behind on rent that been paid it's their fault their isn't no communication in that office and that Brown lady is nasty to her tenants don't even try to listen or hear or help the place nice it's just the office stuff News 12 need to be investigating I Dont Care who gets mad!!

Nice size bedrooms, quiet neighbors. I really enjoyed my time at my sneaky links house. 10/10 would recommend. The apartments, not my sneaky link...
