Chicopee Crossing

I have to give these guys 5 stars. I believe you get what you pay for and this is an exceptional value for money in the area. I had several minor issues within the two year time frame, however everything was dealt with promptly and professionally. Upon moving out, I felt as if I was treated very fairly.

The houses are literally bug infested. Everyone’s horrible here. Mt. Trash more at the front of the neighborhood! Charged us for a damaged fridge the tenant put in himself. Parking is horrible. Also the tenant or whatever comes inside without permission, if you’re cool with that.

Brand new affordable townhomes ready to rent. Great location

Pretty nice place over all don’t get me wrong, unless if you plan on having family over or working a job that requires you to drive a work vehicle then your out of luck with ‘very important 2 car maximum’. They do however provide 10 guest parking for all the townhomes, so good luck on planning on getting to show the relatives the nice new homes (sorry grandma). Plus the residents reflect this by apparently refusing to use the second dumpster and making Mt. Trashmore every week in front of the first one. I really wish that this could change but I doubt anything will. Members of the HOA come and clean the monstrosity that is Mt. Trashmore, but I feel like more can be done and I really hope that it can be done. Overall 3/10

Live there. The lawn is well maintain and as a community they have done better with keeping the trash up. This community is alive with a diversity of family.
