Chickahominy Bluff Apartments

I rated Chickahominy Bluff Apartments five stars, they truly have a dynamic team. Christopher Jones is amazing property manager, quite stellar. He has exceptional communication skills, interpersonal as well. Always putting the needs of the residents first. Through the years,I’ve watched Chris go over and beyond not once or twice but always. The Assistant Manager, Shannon is attentive, friendly providing assistance to residents at all times, she’s great asset. I will not forget Maintenance, Brian and Orlando are the best, friendly and hardworking. Always respectful and multi tasking the cleanliness and work orders etc. for Chickahominy Bluff. Grady Management thank you for being my Landlord all these years.

When I first began searching for apartments my anxiety was high. This was the third apartment and last apartment I visited because of Shannon is the reason I chose to live here . Shannon is such a great patient and very personable . Shannon explained and answered all of my questions and responded within minutes of my emails . I had one interaction with Chris who was also great . I believe the world needs more people like Shannon who not only does her job well but she also is very personable . More importantly other leasing offices need people like Shannon !!!

The Chickahominy team is exceptional! I have truly enjoyed Chris, Shannon, Brian, and Orlando’s great teamwork throughout the years. Chris is a rare find, it’s not everyday that you meet someone who always goes above and beyond for residents. Shannon has been a wonderful additional to the team with her attentive nature, great listening ear, and willingness to find solutions. Brian and Orlando are the dynamic duo that always gets the job done, their work ethic has been appreciated! Top tier team!

We moved in at the end of Feburary of this year, I absoutely LOVE the community, front office and maintenance! Shannon and Chris were wonderful with the move in and made it very welcoming. When a mainteance order has been requested, it's ALWAYS done the same day!

I’ve been here going on 3years and its a Great community to live in! Chris is amazing nice proffessional and imformative! Maintenance team is the best whenever I need anything they handle it quickly (big or small) and they are so nice. I feel safe here no complaints.
