Charisse was very helpful. Everyone else we've encountered via email has been very helpful, too.

This company failed to file the warranty deed that was conveyed to me; because of their negligence, I'm not able to get credit for my homestead tax exemptions. I sent an email to Charisse to rectify this with no response. This is a very unprofessional manner to handle a delicate situation like this. This is now costing me thousands of money lost- all because a company failed to do their job, though they were happy to charge me all the closing fees that this deal entailed.

My husband and I used Chicago title when buying our first home and just recently for our second home. I would never use another title company. They are so friendly and professional. Heather Taylor Webster is by far the best escrow officer I’ve come in contact with. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
