Chicago Title

We went into the Countryside office late on Friday afternoon to deposit earnest money for a home we recently negotiated its sale. Unfortunately, the home in question is in Indiana and Chicago Title there uses a different bank system and Countryside was not able to accept the payment as it normally would and it was due that day. The receptionist was of little help, but she got us to Kristi, the manager, who was FANTASTIC! Kristi took a true interest in figuring out a way to have her office accept the deposit, called her counterpart in Indiana and helped us get this done via mobile check after overcoming a few challenges along the way. Kristi was a true professional who showed genuine care and we could not be more appreciative of her help. Bravo!

We closed on our home here recently. Everyone in the building is super, super friendly. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is due to lack of communication after wiring our down payment/closing cost money. I sent the wire via chase at 1230, requested they call when they received it; NO CALL! I couldn't sleep the night before our closing since no one called back..... UPDATE: The title company did NOT pay the insurance as they were supposed to. I had to pay the insurance out of pocket, 2k+. After explanation to this title company that the insurance did not receive the check, I requested them send us the money. 10 days later and still no check. They suggested I come to them to pick up the check......... After calling again about not having received the check Kristi Brennan raised he
