Chicago Title Company/Fidelity National Title

Was a seller in a transaction. Building of course was nice (new) and "free" parking in the garage. I guess the title work was done properly. Coffee machine in the lobby was out of supplies. Seriously the only thing customer facing in your hoytee toytee expense waterfront office and it doesn't work?

Everything went very well. My agent, Brandy, was very professional but also kind and helpful. She obviously knows the professional side of the business but understands the excitement and anticipation of the home buying experience. With all the complications and waiting involved with real estate, she was very efficient and informative about the entire process. With her help, we closed right on time and we're grateful for all her efficient and professional expertise.
