Mixed review here. Between title and escrow, they charged us approximately $4500 in fees. For that sum we were asked to endured the following: Title error-ed on one of their core responsibilities, they mistyped the legal description of the property. We caught it, they fixed it. Escrow could have had us sign at a local office, no. They could have scheduled the signing during normal business hours, no. They could have given us one day to review the documents, no. They could have had someone available to answer questions while signing, no. Instead they sent us a notary after 8:30 pm with formerly unseen legal documents and zero lead time or support. In the end they straightened everything out, recorded, and closed our sale on time. It did not happen without far more drama than I have ever

This location title company was selected for my refinance. Prior closing communication was OK. I asked Leila not to use mobile notary for saving cost. But it was ordered without asking and charged. Extra $100 cost for mobile notary was not really present. Transaction was respectably cleaner compared from some other title company that charges for email fee and fax fee. But it left some disappointment at signing. === Update as of April 3, 2015 After the communication, the difference of the cost has refunded. It was done very professionally. Thank you very much.

We end up going there twice because their notary made a mistake -- ignoring the lender's instruction. Not professional enough if you ask my opnion.

Pretty standard title company building but the staff were really happy, helpful, and knowledgeable.
