No wonder this is the lowest rated title company in Redding. If you notice comments on their fb page are all gone except for good ones. Good businesses have no need to delete comments. They never called us with a closing time or date then I called them and they said the date but didn’t know the time, our agent had to reach out over the weekend to find out a time. We had 1 hour notice of the “closing” . Then since there was no contact prior we didn’t bring or wire funds because we didn’t know the final amount. We get there and we are told “this isn’t the closing, it’s tomorrow “. ??? We we questioned that reasoning, we were told “ that’s how it always is with closings” . This is our 6th house purchase and we have used several title companies, NEVER before has that been the way it is done.

Updated 6/20/25 (increased rating): Clean and professional environment. We had some hiccups I wish had gone differently and communication could have been better, but their costs are fair and the job got done. Now that we've made it through, I can say I would use them again if need be, but that's really because I think issues will happen anywhere and they have fair pricing for services. Still room for improvement with communication, which I hope will be received as it is intended, constructive feedback.

I was just going to write the facts, but the facts sound ok. I do not like this office because the lady who helped me, had a bad attitude and tone. Her body language and short communication made it seem like I was an inconvenience in her day. So while the facts sound fine on paper, the experience with body language and tone were not where I would want to take my business. It was clean and in a nice location.

Terrible experience, no communication, no return phone calls, no confirmation of wire transfers. Extremely unprofessional overall. I will never use them again.
