Do not ever use Chevelle. I gave Hazel a chance and she didn’t care about anything I said or asked. She made up tenants and bogus repair items. I didn’t get any rents each month like a normal company who is honest does send rents to the owner each month. I watched her do the wrong thing time and time again. She used my rents to pay her assistant and then lied on the 1099.

They don’t act on work/repair orders. When you lose hope and move out, they don’t give you your security deposit back, and do not even give a reason why (because there isn’t any legal reason to). If you’re thinking of renting from these crooks, DONT DO IT. You’ll be highly disappointed, if not completely pissed off (me).

I just moved in to one of Their properties and I do have to say they was super helpful with the whole process. Mrs.Eugenia was great to work with and super friendly she made me feel like we was old friends she definitely made the hole Process great. Even tho I have yet to meet Mrs. Hazel in person she has been wonderful every step of the way as well and very helpful with the paperwork process. I have recommended this company to all of my employees and friends that are looking for new place to live. They are a great company to work with and hope to stay with yall for a long time. A woman that works in the office called the company that I work for, and asked if we could do work on a property for them, when I told her that the address she was asking for was outside of our zone of work she became very rude. She said our website states that we do go out there (nowhere on our site does it say we do nor has it ever said we do) so we should change something so we aren't lying to people, then hung up on me as I was trying to refer her to another company that does go out there.
