Chestnut Terrace Apartments

*The last picture is the hallway light fixtures.* As a recent visitor to Chestnut Terrace Apartments, I was shocked by the unsafe and unsanitary conditions I witnessed: First lets point out that a 2 bed room after the first year goes from 1,350-to almost 1,550... Elevator Problems- The elevator is outdated, extremely slow, and at times stops between floors. This creates a serious risk for anyone using it. Dangerous Entrances and Exits- The building’s entrances and exits appear unsafe and could present a fire hazard. The interior layout is a confusing maze, which would make emergency evacuation difficult. Mold Presence- Mold can be seen in various parts of the building, raising health concerns for residents and visitors alike. Rodent Infestation- I observed clear signs of rats and mice

I've been living at Chestnut Terrace for a while and it's been a very enjoyable and great place to live the resident is located in a nice area of MT Airy and the residents are very friendly.The office and personnel are very professional and friendly it is a great place to live.

Great Customer Service!!! Balcony with Beautiful Views! In unit laundry! Peaceful, Clean, Quiet! I’m in love at Chestnut Terrace 💕 Office Personnel is TOP TIER in professiomalism, punctuality and People skills! Both Anita and Ms Jane were my primary contact points! They are AMAZING communicators and supported me all throughout the process! Jane was very thorough and detailed in how she facilitated my journey from applying and approval to move in day! There was no confusion at all! Whenever I had questions, concerns and feedback about my apartment…. I felt heard and empathized with. 💐 Shana also was exceptional…. When I put in a work order she did reach out to me and helped clarify things for me so that I could get an understanding of the process and she maintained her positive and peace

Great location and friendly neighbors. Unfortunately, I am moving, but if I could stay, I would! The assistant property manager, Denise, and the management and maintenance teams were extremely accommodating and wonderful to interact with. I looked forward to coming home to my one-bedroom apartment, which was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend living at Chestnut Terrance!
