Would give it a 0 star if I could. Maintenance took forever to fix an issue and when they did it was never fixed correctly. Front door was broken and they “fixed it” but left a huge gap between the door and the frame. Dishwasher was never used but had mold. Attempted to get it fixed for months before they actually did something and even then, the drain was clogged so we were never able to use the dishwasher. The hallways bathroom had a leak, asked them to fix it multiple times and they would mark the work completed but never even came to the apartment to look at the issue. They finally did something AFTER we got black mold. Even then, all they did was charge the sink but kept the cabinet that had black mold. People peed on the first floor by the stairs nothing was ever done. There is a bad

This is what the pool looked like 1 year ago and now the pool looks like this it’s brown water and the pool just opened on Friday and with this heat this is not acceptable the pool needs to be open they do not know how to take care of the pool. office lady Theresa is never here and she has a attitude with everybody in the complex maintenance request don’t ever get done but somehow they pass inspections to raise rent this makes no sense and now she wants to take pictures of kids that are swimming in the pool in Order to access the pool

ABSOLUTELY NOT! IMMEDIATELY NO! I called Chestnut Pointe to ask 2 very simple questions. Right off the bat, the person who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude-it was very much teenage mean girl energy. I was irritated for sure, but went ahead amd asked my 2 questions. I mentioned that I have a Veterans Specific HUD voucher. Immediately, she turned her bad ass attitide on HIGH. Really mouthy, cocky, and disrespectful, and she I could tell she was trying so hard to make.one of her insults land with me. She refused to answer me. I asked her no less than 10 times I told her I wanted to speak with someone else. Her twin got on the line and was equally awful. This hasn’t been a pleasant experience here. I’ve had work in my home that needed to be done months ago. And it’s still not done. I’ve gotten to the point where I got tired of asking. I shouldn’t have to. I’ve been very understanding of the staff being short and busy but that’s an excuse I’ve had for them for a long while now. They say create order request and nothing gets done but a “we’ll get to it”. I wish there were cameras installed somewhere outside the buildings. It’s becoming so common for constant play fighting to occur on the steps and within the hallways of the buildings. I came out twice in one day within 7 mins and had to tell a group of children to leave and stop. Literally right in front of my door. I 100% recommend this place. and Tavia Fitts-Banks needs a raise and then a bonus. She is the person working in the management/leasing office and she is the nicest person. I have 3 kids and work more than full time. She was accommodating to my schedule and was so sweet to my kids at signing. (and they are very busy kids, my oldest has autism and cannot sit still). The apartment we got was immaculate. Every inch was either cleaned or replaced. We filled out the paper stating what we noticed upon move in with practically nothing. One outlet was missing a cover (because it had clearly been painted). We would easily have put one on and the maintenance team did it so quickly with no hassle. Every single person I have come across has introduced themselves to us and been so polite. I have not me
