It's very nice, and the people are caring and friendly. They try to keep this place top notch. The super and his workers are very helpful and do the best job possible. The security guards are usually kind and helpful also.

Plz ppl don’t sign for this building…. Go somewhere where they will respect you as a tenant they allow security guards to disrespect you and go around telling your business to other tenants in the building. This building has many complaints on it being dirty a lot too bad the property management is very rude and the management office to care about your safety or concerns when making a safety issue against security guards

Property management sucks poor customer service skills. The building is falling apart leaks in apartments already elevator breaks down frequently. They don’t follow through with dates and deadlines.

I am currently looking for a beautiful home and I was recommended to check out HC, through a friend. When I signed up and saw Atlantic I couldn’t help myself but to apply. I pray that I get a call or email soon. Seeing everyone so excited about it makes me happy, and I want to experience that same feeling.

Nice place for all community, especially children,I usually go for Zumba class on Saturday at 10 o'clock, right now zumba resume in three months for vacations, employees very nice, cleanning place.
