Chesterfield Flats

i lived here for a year, and had an older dated apartment on the second floor. not only was our lease not followed, but they say they will call you 3 days before visits and have maintenance over all the time, as you can see the fan was unstable and shook everytime we used it as if it was falling off, there was visible water damage to our ceiling and maintenance just did a line over the crack while other folks ceilings had fallen in from this, there was always kids yelling outside at night and in the summer 14 cars got broken into and nothing was done. when u move out they will add on a bunch of fees as well. I would not recommend living here, even when i had first moved in and was supposed to be on an 18 month lease, they switched our apartment the day before we moved in and messed up our

I toured Chesterfield Flats , and I honestly had such a great experience. The apartments were nice, but what really made the visit special was Miesha. From the second she greeted me, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She talked to me like a real person—not just someone touring an apartment—and she really listened to what I was looking for. She walked me through everything with patience, answered every little question I had, and pointed out details I wouldn’t have even noticed on my own. You can tell she enjoys what she does, and it comes through in the way she treats people. I left the tour feeling confident and informed, and a lot of that is because of her. I’ve lived at Chesterfield Flats for 2 years and 4 months, and my experience has been very pleasant. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, usually the same day or by the next day. I really enjoy the amenities.Especially the pool and gym. The gym is one of my favorite features, and I’m glad we have it. We have recently received trash services - very awesome. I also appreciate the safe, secure neighborhood that’s perfect for daily walks. Having my own washer and dryer in-unit has been a huge convenience, too. The property has continued to improve with many new renovations. Kathleen, Miesha, Yaya, Nick and Rich continue to show outstanding customer service. I have been a resident her for 9 years. The office and maintenance staff have always been so good to me. Kathleen and Yaya along with Miesha have helped me out so many different times. I absolutely love all the upgrades to the property. I have no plans on leaving anytime soon. I invite anyone to come be a resident here at chesterfield flats

Natasha Lewis apartment 3 104B I really enjoyed the breakfast that you were all giving out this morning. It was very helpful. Didn’t have to go get any snacks. I enjoy the pool area. I don’t like how you all are making trash. Mandatory out of the blue adding things onto someone’s rent but I get it. And I’m glad you all kicked out the neighbors that were shooting at four in the morning
