We were in a rental propertymanaged by this company for two years. Anytime we had an issue with the house, it was quickly resolved. We had Ashley as our property management contact and she was always very responsive and helpful. We followed their instructions to a tee when moving out and we got our entire deposit back within the alloted time frame after the lease was up. No hasssles or headaches what-so-ever! If you are a good tenant and take good care of the property, then in my experience, they will take good care of you as well.

I was recently approved for a rental property managed by Chesapeake Bay Realty. I was told that I would have 24 hours to pay my security deposit (equal to one month of rent), but the property management agent did not have the lease prepared for me to review and sign. When I requested to review and sign the release prior to dropping off the security deposit, I was told that I could receive a blank lease and that one would be prepared later with my information. I was also told that my security deposit would not be refundable if I was not in agreement with the terms of the lease, even though I had not yet signed it! Rented town home through Ashley and Nikki, one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. Quick and easy application and move in, repairs addressed quickly and move out process due to deployment just as easy. I had no problems with deposit being returned, Ashley even went above and beyond to personally pay deposit into my account due to being overseas. I definitely recommend them. They make sure the home owners house is being taken care of properly and that the tenant is also happy. Perfect combination for both home owner and renter. Will defiantly try use them again when I return.

I have rented a property managed by Chesapeake Bay Realty going on four years and have been thankful for my realtor, Cindy. Always showing true care and concern if any issues were brought to her attention. My first year in the home my backyard flooded and two large trees were downed. By the end of one week the trees were picked up and yard seeded. I rented an older property but it’s one block from ocean. I have several other minor issues, all handled quickly. The rent is affordable to me. I knew I wasn’t paying or getting a new home or condo. But I’m thankful for finding a home that works for me and from people that care.
