I've lived here for many years and it's a great place. There is a patio or deck . It has washer dryer hook up. The owner is terrific

Perfect location of quiet and near amenities, respectful neighbors, a safe neighborhood, the landlord of landlords, and a fair rent- Cherrytree Apartments in Crestwood is a little slice of heaven here on earth. Our landlord is one of the most honest, caring, responsive, and down-to-earth men I know. Him and his family are truly a God-send (no, I'm not getting paid for this review haha). If you desire to join a small, select community of quiet, respectful, clean, and friendly tenants, this is the place for you. Thank you, Tate and neighbors- you truly make Cherrytree a special place and are a blessing to my family!

Great Apartments with even better Management. I lived here for almost 10 years with two children and it was always quiet and kept very clean. The manager is on-site daily for any concerns or repairs that might be needed. Great place to live.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and it is wonderful. I love how peaceful it is and all the above.

Tate is the single best landlord in the world. And the Apts are beautiful for the price.
