Honestly the HARDEST place to contact in the world. It would have been easier to find a needle in a haystack. I called multiple numbers, facebook messaged (both business & private accounts), emailed, left voicemails, etc. multiple times for awhile and was FINALLY able to get though. Was meet with mild/low customer service & felt as if me asking them about the unit was an inconvenience. Note this has been a solid few months till I was able to get anything. Definitely would not recommend to anyone just imagine trying to get an issue fixed living there would be nearly impossible. Unprofessional, unaccommodating, rude, lack of respect for sometimes time.
