Cherry Creek Village

It’s been a great experience moving in! Noah has been super helpful and responsive with everything- I booked a tour and was able to visit the next day. Process was very easy. There were a couple minor fixes my apartment needed after move in and Noah made sure they were taken care of very quickly.

I'm a disabled veteran and recently had lumbar spinal fusion surgery and I needed to relocate back to Omaha for medical reasons, and because of my last encounter with Cherry Creek Village earlier this year, which was professional and kind, I requested to reinstate my application for an apartment and was approved! The property manager made it happen so I can move in upon arriving to Omaha, literally, within a few days of reinstating my application! So I had a place to go and call my home upon arriving to Omaha. This has never happened to me before! I am so thankful to Cherry Creek Village and their Property Managers' kindness and understanding! The move in went smoothly. The apartment is amazing! The building is secure which makes us feel safe…. which is very important to us since it’s our Son’s first apartment. He is very happy and feels safe. Noah kept us updated on the progress of the builders, move in date, what steps were needed for move in. He is good with communication which helped the process along so we felt comfortable and taken care of.

5 stars for Cherry Creek Village! The units are beautiful, but the service is what really sets this place apart. Noah Wiltgen has been amazing to work with—he truly went above and beyond to ensure my move-in was stress-free and smooth. It’s rare to find such dedicated property managers who genuinely care about the residents. I highly recommend checking this place out.
