Stopped briefly to discuss business rentals in a targeted area. Was greeted warmly by a younger staff member. Then Ms. Wodward greeted me. Seemed knowledgeable of the area. Then pointed to her sign which clearly stated agent on duty. Id forgotten where her office was. It became a luke warm experience. I had a real estate license years ago. Not my first rodeo. Food for thought nothing more.
