I had a crazy experience with this Real Estate office. When I tell people about it, they can't believe it. In short, we own a house in Manson and have a couple of security cameras installed. A little over a year ago, while in Seattle working, we noticed an alert on the camera and looked to see a couple of people on the property and what looked like coming out of our house. This was alarming, we called the sheriff's office who sent someone out but the people had already left. A few days later, I drove out to the house to spend the weekend and see if anything was missing at the house. On Saturday morning, the same truck that I had seen on the security camera pulled up. I contacted Chelan Realty after stumbling on an old real estate sign adjacent to another I was interested in buying. I called and was assured it was active and they told me the listing price. I made an offer based on that information. It turns out it was an expired listing (years old) and the listing price was much higher at the time. I never heard back regarding my offer other than a verbal v.m. after pestering them for a response. My offer was a "low ball" one based on what they told me, so no surprise. Nothing in writing. I was told it was listed and relisted within a day when I questioned them about the validity of listing status.
