We booked Wayne and Patsy for both our pre-drywall and final inspection on our new build home and they were such a such a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service and communication every step of the way. Received our reports same-day and Wayne called to go over any issues found and advised accordingly. Wayne even took the time to review all concerns with our builder's superintendent to advise of proper repairs.
