Using Chris was of our best decisions in the completion of our new home. He was prompt, courtesy, professional and very knowledgeable. My situation involved a high value new home construction. I believe Chris identified many necessary areas requiring attention, that would never had been addressed by me or my builder. His inspection input was invaluable.
