Chatsworth Park Apartments

I've been a tenant for 8 years. In that time, there has been a change of mamgement. The old regime was lenient and ignored some minor lease violations. The new regime has agressively raised rents to achieve market rate compliance for all tenants and has enforced lease terms to the letter.. This has not been popular. Some tenants have had to leave because of this. The property is well maintained but dated. Repair maintennce is responsive and the rent while higher is still reasonable. The buildings are 70s-80s vintage but in good repair.

I feel good knowing my grandma lives here and the tenants really care for each other! The complex is constantly updating safety features too.

Absolutely the worst management! They are horrible neighbors! Don't rent here or you'll regret it!
