Chatham Hills Apartments

We lived at Chatham Hills for 3.5 years, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made during our time in the USA. Mrs. Kim is an exceptional apartment manager — always kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Her office team is equally friendly and supportive. Maintenance service was outstanding. Every ticket we raised received a same-day response, and most issues were resolved the same day or by the next. In 3.5 years, we never experienced any electricity or water issues. The apartments are very well built, with concrete roofing that provides excellent soundproofing — something we truly appreciated as a family with children. A fantastic community, well managed by the manager Kim reed, We have plenty of memories around Chatham. It’s an excellent place, especially with the advantage of a closed garage. The location is perfect—right opposite ISKCON and centrally situated among restaurants, grocery stores, and school bus points, making everything easily accessible. Maintenance issues were addressed promptly whenever raised. The security deposit was refunded in full most of the time, which was greatly appreciated. The clubhouse is very nice, and the community is friendly. Snow removal services were also handled efficiently and on time by them

I have been living in this community for over 3 years. It’s right on Grand River avenue, close to many grocery stores, Public transportation is easily accessible. Community is well maintained, beautiful and maintenance people are prompt. Leasing staff are super friendly. Rents are very affordable and Apartments are spacious. Overall five stars.

Having lived here for two years, I can say it's simply awesome and the best place to live! These apartments are conveniently located near groceries, restaurants, and a pharmacy. Kim was incredibly supportive during my apartment search in Chatham, and the management provides a quick response for any repairs. I happily give this community 5 stars."

Nice place to stay with the Indian community. Most of the apartments are occupied by Indian families. Two Elementary school buses come inside the apartment. Swimming pool, printer, and gym facilities are available. Facility management staff are available round the clock. Service request can be raised in the portal which get resolved on the same day or very soon. A clean lawn and a lot of trees are available. Two Children parks are available with playing items like swing, slider, etc. Regular maintenance work is carried out for clean , safe environment.. Thank you! 🙏
