Home was not built timely as promised. Poor workmanship. Within the first 4 months drywall around 11 windows replaced and windows had to be leveled. Patio was cracked more then 1/4 inch and had to be repaired and is starting to crack again. Bathroom tiles are separating from grout and cracking. Paint is flat throughout the home and every mark shows. There is no play area or barbeque area as shown in pictures. Poor drainage that causes pooling of water and smells. If moving from out of state must check frequently. Community and neighbors are wonderful.
A lovely community that's only 5 minutes from Ocean Isle Beach. The community has many great amenities and is extremely well kept.
Great place to live, fantastic community.
