Chatham At North Hills

Used to be a decent community but the new residents are awful. Trash thrown on the side of the roads and in the bushes, people occasionally spitting in public. Clubhouse bathrooms filthy if you want to use the gym or pool at the end of the day after work. There was a community event with a free food BBQ outdoors for people to come and gather a few weeks ago, half the people who came brought Tupperware to just take the food home and eat, seriously? New residents have started abusing the public parking system by treating it as an extended driveway. Have been living here for 18 years and it’s honestly gone to garbage. Don’t move here if you expect to live with people who were taught common decency.

One of the worst places to live. Don’t do it.!! The management company is the worst but what is even more aggravating is the Board, they are rude and they think we are living in China.. in a communist society. They don’t get back to you, they are power hungry and money hungry. They seem to want to control your every breath. The board elections were fake and It seemed to me that there is a lot of corruption within!!! and if you are a woman they discriminate even more. We could not wait to sell and get out of there. Save you money. Buy a home anywhere else ! Its a horrible place to live especially if you have children.
