Outstanding- just outstanding. Agnes and Ed worked with us to sell my old home. It was definitely “not your typical Cape ranch”, so we needed the right buyer and they found them. They helped me find it back in 2002, and were so helpful then that I knew who my first call should be today when it was time to sell. We worked with Ned to buy our first house and he helped us through the whole process. He was infinitely patient with our constant questions and great at communicating quickly through email, text, and phone. Ned kept our enthusiasm in check whenever a house that we liked showed significant red flags that we would never have noticed, and encouraged us when we were heading in the right direction (without pushing us into anything!).
