Chateau Santa Fe Apartments

I've been a Resident here going on one month and I absolutely love my new Apartment. The floor plan is amazing and roomy, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of trees for shade and a variety of birds flying around that adds to the beautiful surroundings. On day one, a Red Cardinal welcomed me making me feel like living here is the right choice. Management are friendly and courteous and welcoming as well. I'm elated to be a Resident here.

I absolutely love our home here! Jen is amazing she goes above and beyond for her residence! The maintenance team are always quick to respond.

Hats off to the maintenance crew and office management staff at the Chateau Santa Fe Apartments. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Laundry area/rooms are clean and safe any time of the day or night. Also, the apartment itself is a great find in Corpus Christi.

I have lived at Chateau for almost 17 years, yes years. This has been my home and I love my apartment. But this past year has been awful. The manager has done everything in her power to keep the property intact, helping as much as she is allowed, but recently quit because she is so restricted on what she could do. NOW, one dumpster has been removed, garbage is piling up and blowing everywhere, the grass is literally waist high, parking lot potholes are horrible window screens are broken and missing. .I'm not sure who the owners are, or if they are aware that the management company is doing this to their lovely property. There was a time where people were put on a waiting list to move in here, now a third of the property is empty.

I’ve lived here for 6 months so far and it’s been horrible. Nobody fixes anything, I have to constantly hound the property manager to get my ac/heater fixed amongst other issues. During this freeze I had to go without central heat leaving my apartment FREEZING, I had to buy my own portable heater just to stay warm in my bedroom at night. Nothing is going right and this is ridiculous. I just want to have my problems fixed until my lease is up.
