Chase View Apartments

About 8 years ago and on I used to receive offers and ads in my mailbox at the apartments I lived before. Everything has turned out better than I expected and I'm happier and very blessed to have gotten a great deal and apartment here. Thank you everyone at Chase View staff.

The ladies in leasing office are very helpful and the maintenance around the apartments are top tier! Haven’t had any problems with anyone in the surrounding area and over all very kid friendly environment. Lived here a few years back and recently came again and i would 100% recommend these apartments !

Yahara consistently provides excellent service by handling my requests promptly and professionally. She is always willing to assist and maintains a positive attitude. The complex is well-managed and has a friendly community.

Im not going to be biased about anything. The ground is completely full of dog poop none of the other tenants pick it up when their dogs use the restroom then. Your package will be STOLEN off your doorstep CAMERA or NO CAMERAS they still take your things. They leave the gates open for other people to come in and when they come in they break into your car and THE FRONT OFFICE DOES NOTHING.IVE COMPLAINED MY NEIGHBORS HAVE COMPLAINED WE ALL HAVE BUT THEY HAVENT DONE ANYTHING TO SETTLE IT. The back parking lot has no cameras unless it’s a tenants camera so dont rely on them to help you see if you care is getting broken into. We found out was breaking into them and it just so happened to be a Hispanic man they didn’t even call the cops or anything and we have proof The Property Management knows
