Chase Mortgage

The system in use for applying mortgage payments is not suitable or advanced enough to handle multiple payments or scheduled payments. Customer Service is incapable of resolving system issues, despite confirming applying payments to mortgage. We currently have 2 months of mortgage payments unapplied despite having called multiple times and getting confirmation it had been put on our account. This is an ongoing issue with this lender. Do not use. This comes after paperwork being incomplete during the purchase of our house and the lender collecting our land taxes and not paying the city and county, an issue we had to iron out with both parties instead of the representative handling the paperwork and tax accounts. Find a different lender.
