A few months ago, it was a good branch. I loved the guy who did pretty quickly everything. He was African-American. Now, two women keep line for hours. And it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. About appointments, it is a horrible idea.. you gave them money, you paying fee for everything and you have to now schedule appointments. Is it serious? So you can't work to earn money, you have to make an appointment during the day to resolve any issue. Try to avoid this branch if it is possible and if you don't need something special.
