Chase Home Lending

I have never reached anyone on the phone, even though I am always given a "personal banker" with their #. I don't call anymore even if I leave a message no call back. I go to the bank, very close and can't get with a personal banker. I say I will waited which I do up to 1/2 hr. I have gotten issues solved, but with much back & forth to understand the problem. I have ALWAYS been referred to Visa #'s tosolve issues. These are out of country answering services company they are nice but I spend a lot of time saying "EXCUSE ME I CAN'T UNDERSTAND YOU". They are good at problem solving & usually get the job done. The debit card, charge card all say CHASE and given by the same bank, so why are they so clueless about assisting with. THE REASON I STAY WITH CHASE IS THEIR PHONE APP IS EXCELLENT
