Today I have called multiple times to try and reach my mother's financial advisor, Michael Sokol (sp?) in order to facilitate a money transfer from her annuity to her checking account. EVERY TIME I've called the recording picks up and says that the "representatives are handling other calls". I had to call ANOTHER BRANCH 10 MILES AWAY to get a human being to answer the phone.
