I lost my wallet and immediately came here to get a new card. Ashley who worked at the counter was less than helpful, tried nothing to help me and even told me there was nothing I could do, QUITE SMUGLY. Another worker did help me out the best he could so I have temporary relief but surely this bank can do better than Ashley as an employee.
Vinyl signage on their door, and on Google says they close at 6:00 p.m. they have a piece of paper stuck on the door changing their hours. Got here at 5:30 and they were closed. Had to drive my mom who can barely walk to the bank, and we couldn't get in. Totally lame.
Extremely courteous employees, and their ability to instantly assist and solve an issue I had was amazing.
