I live in Rowlett and happened to use this location one day when I was in Flower Mound for work. Nathan Price assisted me with something as simple as a direct deposit form but during our conversation he found that I was not using the best possible option for my small business accounts. He went out of his way to update my accounts for me and his level of customer service is impeccable. I now go out of my way to solely use Nathan as my small business banker. I cannot express how grateful I am to have someone on my team work so hard for my company's success. I've used Chase for many years and I am never disappointed by their employees but Nathan takes the cake!
