Chase Home Finance

Have been banking at Chase for years. This is the worst branch I've ever been in. Every time I go in there I have to wait. Went in yesterday on my lunch hour to get a paper notarized. Very simple task. Doesn't take 3 minutes to look at my id, watch me sign a paper and then stamp it and sign it. They told me I had to wait 15 minutes. An hour later my lunch break was over and I had to leave...without the notarization. Worst customer service I've ever seen in a Chase branch.

Went in to open an account, 4-6 people behind the glass and some guy in an office on the phone, not one of them can open an account. 1 window open, everyone else just doing their own thing. And not a single one can do the basic function of a bank, OPEN AN ACCOUNT. Also, the phone doesn't work.

DO NOT deal with them on a short sale! They will give you the run around for six months and auction the house out from under you for a lesser price, even with a Contract for Purchase. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! They are so big, they WILL fail at this rate.

They are awesome with individuals living with disabilities and always very patient with my daughter when we go inside or drive-through.

Tellers are always nice and efficient!
