Earlier today, I used the outdoor drive-up ATM to deposit cash, but the machine malfunctioned, retained my money, and did not return my debit card. I entered the branch for assistance and observed the manager interacting pleasantly with other African American customers. However, when I explained my situation, her demeanor changed. She appeared dismissive, skeptical, and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome and discriminated against due to my Latino background.
