Chase Bank

This branch is awful. I walked in one day and there were about 30 people standing around chit chatting. At least half of them were employees. Not doing business, just socializing. And.... not one of them had time to help me or direct me to the counter (which is oddly hidden around a corner). I flagged down a couple people, approached a couple people only to get stink eye. The only way to get help was to go through the drive through. Which was worse. The teller wouldn't stop talking. She would ask me a question...then keep talking. This happened over and over, she just talked over me like I wasn't even there. Again, Chase doesn't treat their business clients with respect -- taking my business elsewhere!

I opened a chase bank account a couple months ago and I have gotten nothing but headache since. I needed to open a new business account and Chase was running a cash promotion so I decided to open with them, biggest mistake ever. Since then I have had to go in person to the branch 3 to 4 times just to fix my account, and no they said that there was no bonus added to my account when I was opening so the promotion isn't valid for me. For a nationally recognized institution I expected a lot more and it turns out I should've just stuck with my local credit union.

I had an outstanding experience at this Chase Bank. I went in to deposit a check, and Tate provided exceptional service, ensuring the code for opening my account was properly applied. He reassured me that he’d take care of everything, and true to his word, within five minutes of leaving, he called to confirm that the code was successfully applied. Tate went above and beyond, sparing my wife and me from a potential headache and ensuring we received the credit we were expecting. Huge appreciation for his dedication and top-notch customer service—well done, Tate!

Shitty service at this location, I was told I wasn't going to be helped to which I said okay I could go anywhere else, guy told be he'd help in about 20 min, when it was my turn, he started to talk to someone else, a person who came after me. Very bad service.

The reason for one star Craig Johnson told me “I can’t help you because I’m off in 5 minuets” great customer service. I live in a world of you work till you get the job done. I’m sure Craig is on salary.
