Charter Oak Apartments

The management at Charter Oak Apartments have been very good. Not only helpful, but great attitudes also. That has made a difference during the whole process of moving in! The only complaint I have is with Alex, the AI Texting from Gates Hudson. Not needed and not accurate.

Disgraceful, old, bad living conditions. They litter the area with ugly signs to try to hoodwink you into thinking these are new apartments, but they're nothing of the sort. Read the other reviews carefully and look elsewhere!

I really like it here. Been here a few months now and after reading some of the past comments, I’m shocked. My older non-renovated apartment is super nice. Had some issues with the shower when I first moved in and maintenance was super responsive. Units are very well insulated and quiet. I don’t pay for reserved parking and never have an issue. Community is very clean, quiet and safe. Love the community grilling area. Overall, very happy living here!!

I shared my weaknesses and concerns with her, and she not only listened attentively but reassured me with patience and sincerity. What stood out most was her willingness to admit when she didn’t have an immediate answer—and her promise to follow up showed true dedication to her role. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision I wasn't ready for. Her approach built real trust and made me feel confident in moving forward. Because of her professionalism and kindness, I will definitely be coming in for a tour—and I’ve already started recommending her to my colleagues. I hope management sees what a valuable team member they have in her.
