From the initial site walk of our future home, to listening to our ideas, recommending products, answering our questions and providing us with weekly progress updates Mike and Isobel were there every step of every day for our home build. From the very beginning as we worked with them to design our home, Mike and Isobel took the time to listen and understand our vision, asked us lots of questions about our family and lifestyle and drew on their many years of homebuilding experience to provide relevant recommendations. Entering the "new-home-construction" process was a bit intimidating because we've never built a home before!
