The amenities are fantastic! Pool table, Fooz Ball, media room, gift wrapping room, fully stocked with cards, wrapping paper, tape, bows and gift bags. Residents have access at all times with a fob. A coffee, tea, hot chocolate bar is available at no charge. The office staff and maintenance men are willing to help you with any problem you might have. The complex is very clean, safe and well maintained.

We love the community and the amenities, and how well kept and clean everything is. We are enjoying our new place! Thank you!

My family and I have been living here for the past several months and love it! The staff is very courteous and answers any questions that we may have. The apartment is very spacious and building is nice and quiet. The complex includes all kinds of amenities in the clubhouse and is well kept, always is clean and nice! I recommend anyone looking to start out with a place for a small family, or looking to get an apartment of their own to look into Charleston Ridge. Just to clarify, this review is from a current resident and NOT staff as some are claiming.

I have lived here at Charleston Ridge since they opened in October 2016. I love the amenities, especially the 24/7 availability of the clubhouse. Which also includes the coffee bar! A really great exercise facility, with a wide variety of equipment. I love the granite countertops in my kitchen & bathroom. The maintenance staff is really great & always punctual about any maintenance needs you may have. The leasing office staff are warm, friendly & professional !! I’m happy in my own space & that says a lot!!

I moved into my apartment in early December of 2016. The apartment was brand-new and perfect for my needs. The amenities in the building are outstanding, the grounds are superb and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This alone makes living here a joy and very pleasant. The neighbors are very friendly, they all seem to like living here. Besides this lovely environment, Management has provided us, the residents with some lovely surprise activities and banquet-type meals, picnics and entertaining activities through out the year. I feel very grateful and safe living here.
