I was promised a refund of my deposit but instead they sent me a release form and had me sign that so they can keep my deposit of several thousand dollars. Please be sure you to be incredibly through on anything you sign if you decide to not buy one of their homes. Sad to be this dishonest and set people back even further in a time where it feels nearly impossible to get a home.
