Nothing but great things to say. From the start, they worked with our credit situation to get us into a nice rental property for our family. Any issue we had on property was addressed promptly and fully! They went above and beyond, purchasing a Christmas gift for our son each year we rented from them. Great landlords, great communication, excellent customer service. We are very grateful!

Me and my partner have been living in one of Charles Umpenhour's rental homes for the last year and we have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful as well as very timely and clear in their communication. Even though we are a young couple and we don't know everything we've been treated with respect and patience throughout the entire process, especially by Edwin and Savannah who are very easy to talk to and always a pleasure. Rented 129 Westchester ln from them. None of the windows worked found out due to drug raid on house. It is on golf course 3 times window glass broke. I was able to get name of person that broke them each time. They fixed first one and the other 2 were still broken when we moved out, 4 months later. Ice maker didn’t work I paid to fix it. Painted part of the house due to flash bang residue on walls. House was filthy we cleaned before moving in. Told the guy showing us the house that my rent would some times be little late due to how we were paid explained that if that didn’t work we wouldn’t take the house. All the bifold doors need repair to operate I took care of that. Illegal wiring in house. They did not fix windows or repair the two when broken no screens. We left the house in extremel

For The past three years I had a rental unit. Based on the aformentioned: If I had any questions or concerns. A staff member would respond to my email in a timely manner. Same as phone calls / V-mail, etc. (over the duration of three years, I never once had a problem with Upenhour Inc- up per avove) I highly recommend using Upenhour, Inc.
